Hawaiian Ginger Syrup is made from ginger grown exclusively in Hawaii. The ginger syrup is a mix of ginger juice and pulp in a sugar syrup. There are no preservatives, artificial colorings, or artificial flavorings.

Must be refrigerated! The syrups cannot be left on a shelf before being opened and refrigerated. The ginger syrups taste best within the first three months from the date they were made. As they age, they will lose more of the fresh bright ginger taste and become more like candied ginger.
