ISLAND GINGER ALE
Fill a 16 oz. glass 3⁄4’s full of ice. Add seltzer or club soda then 1-1/4 oz. of ginger syrup. Squeeze in an 1/8th of a lime. Stir.

GINGER MARTINI
2 oz. vodka & 1⁄4 oz. ginger syrup in shaker with ice. Shake, Shake, Shake.

APPLE GINGER MARTINI
In shaker with ice, add 2 oz. Apple juice, 1 oz. vodka, 1/2 oz. ginger syrup, & squeeze of 1/8th lemon. Shake, Shake, Shake.

GINGER COOLER
Lightly crush 2 fresh sweet basil leaves. Squeeze of 1/4th lemon. Ice. Carbonated water. 1 1⁄2 oz. ginger syrup. Amazing! And imagine less seltzer and more gin - Gin & Ginger!

GINGER TEA
Hot water, ginger syrup and lemon. For a really aromatic ginger tea try the Thai Ginger Syrup from PACIFIKOOL.

TEA TOTALER
Over ice add a strong brew of cold green tea, shot of ginger syrup, lemon and crushed mint sprig. For your friends a shot of Vodka!

DARK AND STORMY
2 oz. Gosling Black Seal Rum (dark rum) and 4 oz. PACIFIKOOL Gingerale. Don’t forget the lime. Drink. Repeat.

PINEAPPLE AND GINGER
Muddle lots of mint with ginger syrup in a glass. Add ice, squeeze of lemon, 1⁄4 cup pineapple juice, and carbonated water. Garnish with fresh pineapple rind cut in long rectangles. Does it scream rum?

ROASTED BEETS
Drizzle ginger syrup & fresh orange juice on roasted beets - nice touch of flavor.

GINGER ICE CREAM
Drizzle ginger syrup over vanilla or chocolate ice cream.

GiNGER SYRUP & NEWMAN’S CAESAR DRESSING
Add some wasabi paste and ginger syrup to Caesar Dressing. The combination makes a great spinach salad dressing.

GINGER ICE CREAM FLOAT
Make Island Ginger Ale without ice. Don’t forget the lime. Scoop of vanilla ice cream with an extra drizzle of Hawaiian Ginger Syrup! …AND Drizzle ginger syrup on pound cake, beignets, French toast. Make Ginger & Lavender sorbet. YUM!

Thai Ginger Syrup

Thai Ginger, also called Galangal/Galanga, is very different in aroma from regular ginger. It is very fragrant with camphor notes. Thai Ginger Syrup pairs well with fruit and herb teas.

FRAGRANT HOT TEA – SUPERB!
Heat water. Add Thai Syrup to taste and a squeeze of lemon.

HIBISCUS, MINT AND GINGER ICED TEA
Soak a 1⁄4 cup of dried hibiscus flowers in a 1⁄2 gallon of water for 10-15 minutes. Bring water and flowers to a boil. Turn off heat and add 1 small bunch of fresh mint. Let steep for about 5 minutes. Strain. Serve hot or as iced tea. Add Thai Ginger Syrup to taste, sprig of mint & squeeze of lemon. Yum!

BERRIES AND GINGER
Take 1 heaping tablespoon of frozen mixed berries (no sugar) and crush lightly. Add one crushed sprig of mint, quarter squeeze of lemon, ice and carbonated water. Top with 1 1⁄4 oz. of Thai Ginger Syrup. Stir.

THAI GINGERADE
Icy cold water, 1 1⁄4 oz. of Thai Ginger syrup, 2-3 lightly crushed Thai Basil leaves, and lots of lemon. If you can find Kalamansi Limes...Bingo! Use less Thai Syrup to make a lightly flavored Thai Water. Very refreshing!

PROSECCO OR CAVA
A touch of Thai Ginger Syrup in a glass of chilled Prosecco or Cava.

THAITINI
2 oz. of Vodka and 1⁄4 ounce of Thai Ginger Syrup.
Shake, Shake, Shake!

WHITE OR RED SANGRIA
Make sangria with fruits like apples, oranges or tangerines. Add carbonated water and some Thai Ginger Syrup. Nice twist to a traditional sangria

FRESH STRAWBERRIES
Drizzle Thai syrup on strawberries. And for a really gourmet touch add a few drops of Balsamic Vinegar. It’s wonderfully exotic!
